Okay SO. XD; THIS...is the product of an LJ entry and conversations with

. First, I wrote in my LJ (under the influence of severe mind-drain due to oral argument preparations) that Zim is one good-looking Irken when you think about it and when you think about all those weird-headed squish-eyed too-lanky-or-too-squatty asymmetrical weirdos wandering around in the backgrounds of a lot of episodes. Specially the folks chillin' with the Tallest in "Hobo 13," now that I'm remembering harder. WERD. Then, having written this, I spoke to Bast, who remarked that I was right, and that if only Zim was taller he'd be like the Irken version of Fabio. Finally, I spoke to AF and gigglingly mentioned this to her, and she said she could just picture Zim posing and saying 'I can't believe it's not butter' like those old Fabio commercials. After thinking REALLY BAD THOUGHTS FOR A WHILE (X]), the picture was finally born.
It's even based off this photo I found of Fabio (one of few where he was actually wearing a shirt e.e). XD; Hurrah. And I tried to make the butter tub look as much like I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! (yes, that is really the name of the product) as possible on such a tiny scale. But then came the background. ~.~;; And I couldn't decide what to do with it to make it look cool. The first version I did, which I may put in scraps just to show ya'll, I ended up thinking looked too busy and dark and that I instead wanted to make the whole thing look friendly, chipper like a real little ad would look (EDIT: Here it is [link]). But I. DO. NOT. LIKE. Largeareasofonlyonecolorespeciallyalightcolor! e.e!!! But I know this is just a weirdness of mine, so I don't know if it actually does look right and I'm just weird. Blah. Whatever, who cares about background when you can stare at Zim's butter? 9.9;;;
